All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, your delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you choose:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carried by DHL or FedEx. Your package will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Carried by EMS. Your package will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How can I get free shipping?

📄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality and fit of every item. If anything isn’t perfect, our hassle-free return policy allows you to send items back within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, all knickers (including French Knickers, Brazilian, Full Brief) are considered final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other items, including bras, swimwear, activewear, and cover-ups, are eligible for return within the 15-day window.
