- Knickers & French Knickers: Due to their intimate nature.
- Multipacks where the packaging has been opened or any individual item has been separated.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
